Heavy duty spring compressor rack suspension clamp with safe holder quickly and safely compresses the spring for easy replacement or repair of struts, shock absorbers and spring kits in your car.
This spring compressor features a telescopically adjustable protective bracket that reduces tool deflection, bending and deformation even at high voltage, ensures stable parallel compression, and prevents accidental release of the spring at high voltage.
The anti-slip design on the hooks provides a large contact area for superior handling and stability during compression. The design of the metal locking ring allows the metal ring to securely fix the jaws, avoiding slippage and increasing safety.
The grooved texture provides a reliable and safe grip, as well as excellent stability during operation. The screw compressor can hold the spring tightly by rotating an easy-to-use hexagonal nut. Use a 19mm hex connector or wrench.
This tool has a wide clamping capacity of approximately 2"-11" (51 - 280mm), and the adjustable holder is suitable for approximately 8.5" - 12" (216-305mm) coil diameter. Each pair of spring compressor can withstand loads up to about 2200lbs (1000 kg).
The scroll spring compressor is made of heat-treated steel, screw and high quality galvanized finish for high strength and corrosion resistance.

Bracket?Installation and Use?
1. Thread the inner threaded rod to full length and attach the staples to the spring.
2. Adjust the protection and tighten the shut-off nut to secure in place.
3. There are two safety dowels on the plug to be inserted, and the middle nut is held free to adjust the protection to the correct length around the spring.
4. With a manual ratchet mechanism or wrench, slowly and evenly rotate the hex socket to squeeze the spring.
Note! This tool is a hand tool, please do not use power tool, air tool and percussion tool!
Warning!
1. Determine the outer diameter and compressed spring load and make sure the compressor fits and always lubricate the compressor spindles before use to avoid stripping
2. Before you start squeezing, make sure that the jaws are properly engaged on the spring.
3. Make sure the jaw and body toThe ompressors are always aligned during spring compression.
4. Do not squeeze the spring to the extent that it will touch the jaw. Stop compressing the spring before it becomes a bound coil.
5. The coil should be compressed equally on each side-alternate between each hand so as not to unbalance the spring.
